Any disturbance or illness caused to the body or mind, by the neglect of duty
to self, will result in triple loss. They are
1. The particular individual will suffer from illness,
2. The society will lose the
benefit of the services of such of a man, and
3. The society has to bear the
burden of this indisposed person.
