Suppose you are in an aggravated state of mind. Start meditation and you will be able to bring your mind from Beta wave to Alpha wave. You may not be able to come completely to Alpha wave, but you will be able to travel near about it. Thus your mental frequency is reduced to your advantage and you can attain this as and when you wish. Thus by practice of meditation you acquire greater efficiency in your thought and work and that would definitely pave the way for success in life. Having seen for your self the benefit of meditation, you would then be inclined to go deeper into your Self and train your-self to attain peace through the meditation
